Phalloplasty in Bangkok

Phalloplasty is gender-affirming surgery that creates a penis, usually from a flap of skin and tissue taken from the forearm or thigh. It is typically performed in several stages over a year or more and may include urethral lengthening, scrotoplasty and later implants. It is offered by fewer surgeons than vaginoplasty; the first stage commonly involves three to four weeks in Thailand.
