How medical content on ThaiCosmeticSurgery.com is reviewed, and what 'review pending' means.
Review by qualified clinicians. Medical articles are to be reviewed by a licensed doctor with relevant specialist experience, named on the page with their credentials and the review date. Reviewers check accuracy, balance and safety wording, not marketing claims.
"Review pending". Until an independent reviewer has signed off a page, it is clearly labelled "Independent medical review pending". Those pages are written by our editorial team from the cited sources only.
Re-review. Reviewed pages are re-checked at least every 12 months, and sooner when guidance changes.
Conflicts of interest. Reviewers declare any relationship with providers listed on the site and do not review pages about providers they work with.
