What personal and health information we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect. When you send a consultation request we store the details you give us, which may include health information. We use it only to reply to you and, with your agreement, to pass your enquiry to providers you choose.
Health data. Health information is sensitive. We collect only what you choose to share, restrict access to our patient team, and never sell or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses no advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> and sends usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) to Google, which processes it for us. Nothing from Google loads until you choose Accept in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept in your browser, not in a cookie. What you type into our forms, including health details, is never sent to Google Analytics.
Retention. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to help you, and delete them on request.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through our contact page.
