How ThaiCosmeticSurgery.com researches, writes, sources and updates medical and travel information.
Purpose. Our content helps people understand options and ask better questions. It is general information, not medical advice.
Sources. We rely on primary and authoritative sources: Thai government and regulatory bodies (such as the Medical Council of Thailand and the Ministry of Public Health), accreditation bodies (HA Thailand, JCI), professional societies, international clinical guidance (such as WPATH for gender-affirming care), peer-reviewed literature and providers' own official pages. Sources are listed on each page.
Language. We avoid promises and guaranteed-result wording, give ranges rather than single figures for recovery, and say plainly when something depends on a clinical assessment. Gender-affirming content uses neutral, respectful clinical terminology.
Dates. Each article shows when it was last updated and, once reviewed, by whom and when.
Translations. Pages in other languages are adapted by translators for local terminology and search language, not translated word for word. A page that has not been translated shows the English text with a notice and is kept out of search indexes in that language.
